Worst experience as my pdf tickets were duplicated. Due to this I had to queue up for more than one hour to get a replacement ticket over the counter. Mind you it happened to two of my bookings!
Terrible! The train station say the voucher was cancelled! So I had to pay full retail price for the replacement tickets. Feel like a scam
Have to check the voucher carefully. Voucher was given only for 2 tickets though the purchase was meant for 3 tickets. Customer service was good and had it replaced immediately.
First purchase had some technical errors and could jot get voucher. Transaction was cancelled and had to redo the whole thing again. But customer service was good to help advise.
