Meeting Point & Pickup Information
- Option 1: Odori Subway Station Exit 31 at 7:15 AM (Departure 7:30 AM).
- Option 2: JR Sapporo Station North Exit Group Bus Parking Lot at 7:30 AM (Departure 7:45 AM).
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure as the bus will not wait for latecomers.

- Asahiyama Zoo is closed on specific dates including Dec 30-31, 2025, and Jan 1, 2026.
- Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited on the bus.
- For groups under 13 people, the driver will act as the guide with brief explanations.

It was a very pleasant experience. The guide, Sunny, was extremely responsive and had excellent knowledge of all the places we visited. The bus and the driver were very comfortable and professional, which was definitely one of the highlights of this trip.

Snow mobile was the highlight experience... but Asahikawa zoo was a let down. We only see the penguin parade, then queue to pick up our food that we have paid for, by queueing before the penguin as well. Then we have to run back to the bus. I would prefer to have extra at least 30mnts to see capibara, wolf, snow deer. Not just penguins. Our tour guide Sunny was nice to give us bags of chips, as we have to refund our food as the queue was too long. There is only 1 area to eat, and you also need to queue for table. The cafe lady said we can keep our 2 small rice box for my kids to eat in the bus. I dont mind to pay a bit extra as long as I have time to enjoy all experience.
Though itinerary was slightly changed due to the snow levels, the amazing guide J99 made it up with her engaging talks. 陈梅芳 shows her knowledge, experience and understanding of what her customers need. Delightful!
