Interesting to see the practice, though it was very repetitive for first half an hour and it feels expensive to essentially just watch their practice session. Best bit comes in the last 15 minutes of practice!

It was really great. The tour guide was super accommodating and helpful to support our needs. The experience involves observing ringside the practice and exercises of the sumo wrestlers and a few bouts at the end. Whilst there's no explanation given during the practice They gave us plenty of pre reading material to give an idea of what goes on which is helpful. The guide was very responsive and proactive and drove is from the meeting point to the venue. Unfortunately we had to leave early to catch a train so we couldn't stay for the entire event but it was worth it if you are interested in culture and sumo.
