[Late-night charges]

• Late-night rates are calculated based on the time of dispatch.

Late-night rate: 22:00 - 05:00

(If the vehicle is dispatched at 21:50 and it becomes late at night while the vehicle is in operation, you can still apply for the daytime rate.)

[Additional charges]

• If you are late for a meeting

The first 30 minutes are free from the time of dispatch. After that, an additional fee of 4,000 yen will be charged for every 30 minutes.

[About reservations]

• Reservations can be made from 180 days to 4 days prior to the date of use.
  
• We will notify you whether or not we can accommodate your reservation within two days of receiving your reservation.
  
• Reservations made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be notified on the next business day.
  
• When making a reservation, please register a mobile phone number and email address where you can be contacted during your stay in Japan.
  
• When making a reservation, please enter your destination (such as building name or address).
  
• The rates listed for this service are per car and do not change depending on the number of people using the service.
• If you exceed the recommended number of passengers or the recommended number of luggage (1 piece: 24 inches), we may refuse to allow you to use the service.

• Airport transfer taxi service has Japanese speaking drivers only.
  
• If you have any language difficulties, our customer service will be happy to assist you.
  

[About cancellations]

• Cancellation is free up to 2 days before your trip.
  
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your trip will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
