Highlights
Experience one of Thailand's most important plants – the coconut on a full-day tour. Explore the Coconut Museum and learn about the uses of various coconut parts from oil production to a sweet oil by-product dessert, Kanom Kee Mun. Savour a local lunch in a garden, with coconut as the star of the show. Enjoy sightseeing around the garden and find some forest streams leading to the Hin Lad Waterfall.
Then explore the Agricultural Technology Transfer Centre to learn about how the locals grow many coconut species and watch craft demonstrations. Visit a small manufactory run by a local family, located at Mr Soontorn Ponoi-ngarm's store. Watch the islanders’ ingenious ways of processing coconut parts into different products such as household appliances, souvenirs, decorative items or gifts.

Coconut Museum is a learning source on the applications of various coconut parts. The making coconut oil through cooling methods which begin from peeling to scraping to squeezing and distilling. The final activity is allowing visitors to try making a sweet, Kanom Kee Mun, from the leftover of the oil making process. Such desserts is rare to find in the modern day.Lunch
Have authentic local Samui Coco Food of the locals’ style where coconut is the main ingredient of various dishes such as vegetable green curry, galangal chicken soup, fried local vegetable, fried eggs on banana leaf, etc. in the garden among pleasant atmospheres of crops plantations such as Durian, Langsad and Rambutan.Hin Lad Waterfall
After the meal, walk through the garden to enjoy the sightseeing of natural resources comprising of forest streams in the area of Hin Lad Waterfall. Walk through the temple and stop at the waterfall and have some time to relax.Agricultural Technology Transfer Center

Enjoy Samui Coco Processing from a small manufactory handled by a local family. Observe the process of making coconut stump and trunk into different products such as household appliances, souvenirs, decorative items or gifts, etc. which is done by a small machine and labour work aiming to produce attractive products through their expertise and delicacy.End of tour (3:30PM)
