You may choose between a parent or grandparent.

Collect on-site after the ski resort opens

(You must collect the pass in person and present your ID and supporting
documents.

Passes cannot be issued if ID and supporting documents are not presented or if
collected by a proxy.)

[Photo Registration Requirements]

- Front-facing photo taken within the last 1 year that allows for identity
verification

- ID-style photo recommended

- Photos wearing sunglasses, goggles, hats, beanies, helmets, or masks are
not accepted

- If the photo is deemed unsuitable, the season pass cannot be issued.

[Season Pass Usage Guide]

▪ You may use the lifts freely during operating hours from the opening to the
closing of the ski resort.

▪ Operating hours are subject to change depending on weather or other
conditions.

[Cancellation/Refund Policy]

● What is the 'selling price' when calculating the penalty?

Separate benefits such as coupons, points, or instant discounts provided by
the seller are not reflected; the calculation is based on the product option's
selling price before benefits are applied.

• Before season pass issuance: Full refund

• (Before opening) After issuance but not collected: Refund after deducting
KRW 40,000 issuance fee

(After opening) Not collected: Refund after deducting penalty (selling price ×
10%)

• After issuance and collection: Refund after deducting the penalty and usage
fees calculated as follows

• Refund amount = Selling price – Penalty – Usage fee

• Penalty: Selling price × 10%

• Usage fee: The higher amount between the actual usage day deduction or the
elapsed period deduction calculated as follows

- Actual usage day deduction: Regular price (standard price) of a day pass
(7-hour pass) × number of days used (number of uses)

- Elapsed period deduction: [Selling price ÷ (Scheduled closing date -
Collection date + 1)] × Number of days from collection date to request date

However, if the collection date is before the opening date, the opening date
is used as the basis.

• Season passes purchased at no cost (for exchange, promotional events,
prizes, etc.) are non-refundable

• For free season passes (Family 2+1, free parent season pass), if the primary
season pass (adult/child season pass) is refunded, the free pass will be
automatically refunded according to the refund criteria in Article 8,
Paragraph 2.

[Reissuance Guide]

- Reissuance is only available if the season pass is lost or severely damaged
to the point where identity cannot be verified; reissuance is not possible
under any other circumstances.

- To request reissuance, you must submit supporting documents proving your
identity (ID issued by a government agency such as a resident registration
card or driver's license) and pay a reissuance fee of KRW 40,000.

[Transfer Guide]

- The season pass can be transferred only once by the original purchaser.

- A transfer fee of KRW 40,000 must be paid.

Transfer documents:

1) Copy of transferor's ID, 26/27 season pass

2) Transferee's ID photo, copy of transferee's ID

Both the transferor and transferee must be present; proxy processing is not allowed.
