Do you have a special day coming up? Do you like solving puzzles? Have you ever thought you could be as good a symbologist as Robert Langdon or a cryptologist good enough to solve the clues as you visit many of Liverpool’s iconic and historic places? Could you open Da Vinci’s Cryptex without the acid destroying the contents? If you enjoy “escape room” activities then you will enjoy this tour – it’s similar but you solve the clues outdoors. This is a self guided tour that takes the participants around many of the famous places of interest in Liverpool, solving clues as you go to reveal the next place you need visit in order to obtain the answer to the next clue. The starting point is in Liverpool’s famous Hope Street where you will be met by our representative and handed your Cryptex, which is yours to keep at the end of the tour (quest). You will also be handed the first clue that will start you off on your adventure. As you move round the city, record the answers to the clues on the document we will provide you with. This will help you access the next clue as you progress and also help you solve the clue at the end to obtain the password to the cryptex.
