The AC vent was leaking condensed water on me for the entire ride
Booking depended on my having local roaming call minutes to contact company, took 2 calls to confirm a pickup time, quite anxiety inducing. Ride itself was pleasant, on time late 5 minutes only and courteous. Good van, spacious, etc
The operator was 20mins late and didn't communicate to me the delay - leaving us a bit stressed in getting to the airport on time. Other than this, the transfer was smooth
