You'll be met by one of our friendly instructors who will take you into the park. First up, your instructor will go through the equipment and safety procedures that you set you up for abseiling. After a demonstration of how to abseil, your instructor will have you abseiling in no time. Everyone has their own personal challenges when it comes to heights, our instructors are there every step of the way to make you feel comfortable and secure as you learn to abseil. Before you know it, you'll have successfully completed your first abseil down the side of a cliff! Once you start to get a taste for the technique, our instructors will have you rappelling down in style! Please Note: -Close toed shoes must be worn -Pants or shorts mid-thigh length or longer are recommended -Please bring enough water for the day -Sunglasses and Sunscreen are recommended for sunny days
