Step into the peaceful world of our tea house, where every leaf reflects the
harmony between mountain and sea. The tea you’ll taste comes from Vietnam’s
solely coastal tea region in Quang Ninh - a land where tea plants grow fully
organic, without fertilizers or irrigation, nourished only by natural
rainwater rich in minerals from the sea breeze.
During the workshop, you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of three signature sea-
grown teas representing with their own distinct aroma, color, and character,
crafted through different cultivation and processing techniques, including:
- Honey Black Tea – tea leaves nourished with honey from lychee and longan blossoms, giving a sweet honey aroma and lush, ripe fruit notes.
- Oolong Tea – aged for 10 years and refined over coffee charcoal for a deep, smoky complexity with a hint of roasted aroma.
- Flower Green Tea – hand-picked in spring, lightly fermented and traditionally dried for a clean, crisp flavor with gentle bitterness and long-lasting sweetness.
Guided by an experienced tea artisan, you’ll learn the fundamentals of tea
brewing, explore how aroma and temperature shape flavor, and find calm through
every pour. Finally, your experience ends with a visit to a charming old
house, where you can enjoy local mung-bean sweets and admire a collection of
artisanal tea ware.
This Tea Experience is more than a tasting, it’s a gentle journey into
Vietnamese culture, shared over tea and stories behind. A short yet soulful
experience that leaves you with a deeper appreciation of Vietnam’s quiet
rituals.

Welcome to our Tea House (15 mins): Begin your journey with a warm welcome and introduction to our tea house - home of Vietnam’s only coastal tea region, where tea grows between mountain and sea.
Discover organic tea cultivation (30 mins): Learn how our tea leaves are grown fully organic, without fertilizers or irrigation. All are nourished only by natural rainwater and sea breeze for a truly unique flavor.
Learn the art of Vietnamese tea-making (30 mins): Uncover the rituals and meaning behind Vietnamese tea traditions, from brewing techniques to the art of mindfulness in every pour.
Signature tea tasting experience (45 mins): Savor three of our signature teas: Honey Black Tea, Oolong Tea, and Flower Green Tea - each crafted through distinct cultivation and processing methods that highlight the spirit of Vietnam’s coastal tea region.
Sweet farewell (30 mins): Stroll through our charming traditional tea house. Enjoy some mung-bean cakes, and admire the exquisite collection of artisanal tea ware - a peaceful ending to your tea journey.
