Step into our Indochine-style villa hidden in a quiet Hanoi alley and explore Vietnamese coffee at its roots. Guided by a trainer with over 10 years of experience, you’ll uncover how coffee arrived in Vietnam, how it grows, and why it became a defining part of life along the World Coffee Belt. Discover different coffee beans, brewing tools, and roasting methods. Learn how to recognize authentic, well-crafted beans and understand what truly makes a great cup of coffee. Then enjoy a fully hands-on session, crafting 6 iconic Vietnamese coffees; Phin Coffee, Egg Coffee, Iced Coffee with Condensed Milk, Coconut Coffee, Pour-Over, and our Signature Coffee Cocktail with Jam & Local Wine. Enjoy your creations with pastries in a peaceful garden setting. A gentle part of this experience supports children’s education at our Da Lat coffee farm, where families have cared for their land for generations.
