• Hotels (Resorts) in suburban areas with pickup service: Nexus, Borneo Beach Villas, Sabah Beach Villas, Shangri-La Rasa Ria, Pan Borneo (Grand Borneo), Klagan Regency, Tune KK, Eminent, etc.

• Hotels (Resorts) without pickup service: Beringgis, Narada, Hotel No.5, Gaya Island Resort, Gayana Eco Resort, accommodations located on islands, and other hotels/resorts outside the suburban area. (If you are staying at a resort on Gaya Island, pickup is available if you come out to Jesselton Point in advance.)

• There is no pickup fee for hotels in the city center.
• For pickup from suburban hotels, a minimum of 2 people is required, and an additional fee of 13,000 KRW per person may apply. We will provide individual payment instructions after booking.

【Booking Notes】

• If the minimum number of participants for departure is not met, the tour may inevitably be cancelled. In this case, we will notify you individually and provide a full refund.
• This tour is suitable for all ages and families. Children and the elderly can also participate as long as they have no issues with vehicle travel.
• For snapshot-style city tours, personal photos are taken by the individuals themselves within the given tour time, regardless of the guide's capabilities.
• All tour locations are public facilities; even if you book a private tour, there may be other teams or people on-site. (You are not renting the entire facility.)
• If your passport is damaged or has less than 6 months of validity remaining, you will not be able to board the flight or enter Malaysia. Please be sure to provide your exact English name as it appears on your passport when booking.
• As this tour takes place in the mountains (hills), it is not significantly affected by the weather. However, if the tour is cancelled on the day of departure due to rain, a full refund of the tour fee will be processed.
• The travel itinerary and details above may be subject to change without prior notice due to local conditions on the day (traffic, weather changes, etc.), and in unavoidable cases, some courses may be omitted or changed.

【Travel Precautions】

• Although this is a hot and humid tropical climate region, there may be a temperature difference between indoors and outdoors due to air conditioning in hotels/resorts, so it is highly recommended to prepare long-sleeved clothing.
• Our company is not responsible for accidents caused by the customer's personal health condition or safety accidents/theft/illness occurring due to personal negligence during free time. Please be sure to pay attention to your safety.
• Children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times, and the guardian is responsible for the child's safety management.
• Please behave in accordance with local cultural etiquette when visiting religious sites such as mosques during the tour.
• The responsibility for any accidents caused by excessive drinking during the tour lies entirely with the individual.
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from individual shopping, optional tours, or personal actions during times when the guide is not present.
• It is not possible to change from the set schedule of the tour product to an individual schedule, and no refunds will be given if you leave the schedule for personal reasons. (In the case of a private tour, you may coordinate with the guide on-site.)
• Please wear your seatbelt whenever possible while in the vehicle, and refrain from careless actions such as standing up in your seat while the vehicle is in motion.
• Please be sure to wear a life jacket when boarding the boat.

★Notice on Free Insurance (up to 100 million KRW) for Tour Applicants★

1. After applying for the tour, please provide your name, resident
registration number, tour date, and travel region via message.

2. Insurance is provided for 2 days based on the tour date. If you take 2 or
more tours, it is provided for up to 5 days.

3. You must sign up at least 2 business days in advance. If you cancel the
tour, the insurance premium will be at your own expense.

4. You can sign up until the day before departure, but sign-ups are not
available on public holidays.

5. Insurance sign-up is optional; if you do not wish to sign up, you may
ignore this information.
