Designed with efficiency in mind, Snow Abu Dhabi works like a massive refrigerator that utilizes natural and eco-friendly refrigerants like ammonia to reduce energy consumption. Additionally, Snow Abu Dhabi recycles and repurposes old snow in the air conditioning system, helping to maintain a cool temperature within the facility
Snow Abu Dhabi adopted eco-friendly systems that have already been in operation at Ski Dubai for several years. Taps have been fitted with restrictors that limit water flow, resulting in around a 50% decrease in consumption rates.
Snow Abu Dhabi promotes recycling throughout the park to divert as much waste as possible from landfills. Furthermore, the cooking oil used in the restaurant and café will be repurposed by recycling it into biodiesel.
