Welcome to La Vigna degli Dei, our family farm above the Amalfi Coast. This hands-on experience invites you to discover where food truly comes from by taking part in real farm life.
Begin with a walk around the farm to meet the animals and learn about daily life here. You’ll then assist in milking the cow, guided step by step — no experience needed. The milk you collect will be used to make fresh mozzarella.
Back in the kitchen, you’ll learn how to prepare traditional Fior di Latte mozzarella, following the full process. While the mozzarella rests, Rosanna will show you how to make handmade gnocchi using simple, traditional techniques.
During the experience, you’ll taste Pasquale’s homemade organic wine and visit the cellar where it’s produced.
To finish, prepare tiramisù and choose between the classic version or a lemon tiramisù made with homemade limoncello.
Finally, enjoy the food you helped prepare, along with wine, in a relaxed farmhouse setting.
