heritage-listed building. Meet the brewer, learn about ingredients and brewing
techniques, and enjoy a guided tasting paddle of four craft beers. Continue to
Amrita Park Meadery, where the owners share the art of mead making, beekeeping
traditions, and family history, followed by a guided tasting and morning tea
with fresh baked goods. The tour concludes at Dingo Creek Vineyard near Mt
