The young gentleman greeted us with a smile and took us through the process while helping another traveller in a different queue at the same time. The staff passed us from one to the other without problem and we completed the whole arrival formality with considerable ease.
We were meet at the gate with a sign with our name on it, easy to find. Escort room us through customs, loaded our luggage onto carts and escorted us to the area to meet the driver. Escort was polite and efficient.
