We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will respond as follows.
If we are able to contact you, we will wait for 15 minutes from the time we are able to contact you, and then depart.If we are unable to contact you, we will wait for 15 minutes from the meeting time, and then depart.If the ferry between Cebu Port and Bohol is fully booked, we may have to change the flight and tour schedule.In that case, we will contact you via message.

• What to wear and what to bring
  Something to wear over your clothes (as the ferry can be cold)
  A little money (around 1,500 to 2,000 pesos)
  Estimated costs: Water 20-30P, souvenir keychain 100P, snacks at the port (if you didn't have breakfast at the hotel) around 100P, drinks on the Loboc River Cruise 30-70P, activity fees such as buggies and zip bikes
  Sandals and clothes that can get dirty (for those who wish to ride in a buggy)
  A copy of the passport photo page for all participants (or a digital copy saved on your smartphone)
  Change of clothes (your clothes may get dirty during the buggy ride)

• Other: Please take care of your valuables and luggage yourself.
  Drinks are available at an additional cost.
  The church may be crowded every Sunday due to mass. Please note that women wearing revealing clothing such as miniskirts, shorts, camisoles, and sleeveless tops, and men wearing tank tops may not be allowed into the church.

• If you are joining the tour alone, you will be charged the double fare and we will refund the difference between the single fare and the double fare at a later date.
• Meals and seats are not included for children under 3 years old. The tour will not proceed in the following cases. If the tour is not proceeding due to the operator's discretion, a full refund will be given.

• ■If roads around the port are closed due to local holidays or festivals, and we are unable to guide you

  *Please note that the tour company will not be held responsible for any problems that may occur when returning home.
• The tour schedule may be changed or canceled due to weather, traffic conditions, high-speed ferry operation status, etc. The organizing company will not compensate for any costs incurred for accommodation on Bohol Island or for changing or repurchasing return flights.
  If the tour is unable to proceed due to reasons beyond the control of the tour operator (e.g., bad weather, government restrictions, suspension of public transport, etc.), we will refund the amount less any cancellation fees or penalties that have already been paid or will be payable in the future.
  In addition, we may ask participants to submit passport photos as identification for this procedure.
