Watch the expert cormorant master and boatman guide the birds to dive and capture fish like ayu while admiring views of Inuyama Castle, Japan's oldest remaining castle keep, during a midday fishing spectacle reminiscent of The Tale of Genji.
Enjoy a meal and scenic cruise.

National Treasure: Inuyama Castle.
Located in Aichi Prefecture, Inuyama Castle is famous for having one of Japan's oldest original wooden castle towers!
Standing beautifully on a hill next to the scenic Kiso River, it offers breathtaking views from the top floor.
Just below the castle, the historic castle town preserves its traditional atmosphere with old wooden merchant houses.
The town is a fantastic place to enjoy delicious street food, with options ranging from cute skewered dango to local sweets.
It is a perfect destination to experience the rich history and charm of old Japan just a short trip from Nagoya!
SHIRUKOTTE
SHIRUKOTTE, a sweets business by Matsunaga Seika (renowned for shiruko sandwiches), has a drink counter and exclusive delicacies available on-site.
