- Outdoor Onsen: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM daily.
- Original Onsen: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily.
- Please arrive at the pools 30 minutes prior to your scheduled bathing time.
- One room can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (e.g., 2 adults + 2 children).
- If a "4 Adults" option is selected, additional "Per Child" tickets cannot be added.
- Duration is 1 hour, which includes time to change and shower.
- It is recommended to remove jewellery to avoid losing items in the pool.
- Shuttle pick-up is at 30 minutes to the hour; self-drive bookings start at half-past the hour.
- Adult tickets are valid for ages 13–99.
- Child tickets are valid for ages 4–12.
- Children under 12 years are not permitted for evening sessions (after 5:00 PM).
- Proof of double vaccination against COVID-19 may be required in line with NZ Government protocols.
- Children aged 4–12 require a child ticket.
- Children under 12 are strictly prohibited from sessions starting after 5:00 PM.
- Maximum room occupancy is 4 people total, including children.
- Mobile or printed voucher.
- Valid photo ID.
- Proof of vaccination (as per local protocols).
- Swimwear (though private rooms are provided).
- The facility is located in a hilly area; please contact the operator directly for specific mobility requirements.
- Near public transportation in central Queenstown via the shuttle point.
- Confirmation will be received at the time of booking.

- Cancellations made up to 48 hours (2 days) before the visit date are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
