Carefree moments

An oasis sheltered by the Spanish City Walls that date back to 500 AD and housed in a Liberty-style complex that stretches over 3,000 square metres. The multi-sensory pathway of QC Termemilano offers over 30 wellness practices, from the Porta Romana tram, the first bio-sauna in the world to be built inside a tram, to the Undewater Museum, a marvellous crystal-walled pool built around ancient archaeological remains.

Winter Wonder Garden

An enchanted garden houses three crystal chests waiting to be discovered: be surprised by heady fragrances and surrender to the relaxation of cosy oval seats and soft cushions illuminated by the warm light of the fireplace.

• The Darsena Garden: The scenic walk along the Darsena Garden whisks you back to the ancient history of Milan’s dock, the city’s port until 1979. Its architecture followed the contour of the Spanish walls, the remains of which now enclose QC Termemilano.
• Water and salt room: Water and salt are the focus of a love story sung by Mina and the boy from Via Gluck, as well as two essential elements that together improve health, beauty and vitality: the relaxing effects of a marine microclimate are united in this room.
• The hay district biosauna: This biosauna is inspired by memories of Milan’s hay quarter in the historic Porta Romana district. It is a place where you can experience an ancient tradition of wellness surrounded by a balsamic and relaxing fragrance.
• Strolling through the city: The Earth’s elements alternate along a path explored barefoot: Carrara stones, fir cones, volcanic lava stones and bark, to reactivate your blood circulation and inspire a feeling of wellness throughout your body.
• Monte Tabor relax: Just like the "Monte Tabor”, a historic artificial hill built in Milan in the 18th century and made into a roller coaster by Giuseppe Garavaglia, you can plunge into an enchanted world of aromatic and visual suggestions of multi-sensory treatments.
• The historical thousand blue bubbles pools: Like Mina at the Sanremo Festival, the effervescence of a thousand blue bubbles welcomes you into this marvellous whirlpool with glass walls that reveal the Ancient Spanish walls in a suspended mirror of water.
• Cinema pool: We’re rolling. As you immerse yourself in this pool, you can relive the atmosphere: look up and be captivated by endless projections running across the sky, bringing to life the most evocative scenes
• La stube: This stube, the main room of the traditional Valtellina houses, welcomes you in a cabin imbued with the distinctive aroma of pinewood, which has antibacterial and soothing effects.
• The Porta Romana tram: In the bio-sauna housed in the historic Ventotto carriage, you can embark on an unforgettable journey toward wellness. At the end of the ride, when your skin is purified and brightened, thanks to the action of the heat, remember to stop off at the cold plunge pool to tone up your muscles and strengthen your vascular walls.
• Soft sauna: A purifying ritual that diffuses warm aromatised steam into the room to eliminate toxins, stimulate the lymphatic system and refresh your complexion.
