[Consent Regarding Pre-Reservation Preparations]

By making an appointment, you agree to provide the following personal information. If the information submitted later is inconsistent, your use of the service may be restricted.

- Participant's name, date of birth, height, body type, etc.

• Lotte World admission tickets must be purchased separately.

• The experience ends 3 hours after the scheduled time (clothing and other accessories must be returned).

• On the day of your experience, if the customer ahead of you in the reservation order has already rented your chosen dress or one that fits your size, you may need to choose another dress.

[Consent regarding adherence to appointment times]

• Please select a reservation time to consider factors such as whether Lotte World is selling tickets, traffic congestion in the surrounding area, and parking delays. Please arrive at the SHARON CAT dress shop inside Lotte World on time for your reservation.

• To participate in the 2 PM parade, you must arrive at the dress shop before 10:30 AM/11:30 AM. To participate in the 8 PM parade, you must arrive before 5:00 PM. Late arrivals will not be allowed to participate in the parade.

- Considering Lotte World's opening hours, guests with reservations for 10:00 can arrive no later than 10:15.

Even if you are traveling together, you must enter the makeup area and experience the makeover according to your own appointment time.

• Even if you arrive on time, you may still need to wait for about 10 minutes depending on the situation. The end time of the experience will be adjusted accordingly.

[Consent regarding compliance with safety rules]

After putting on the clothing, you must use the elevator to move around.

(For safety reasons and to avoid soiling clothing, the stairs and escalators are prohibited.)

The following rides are only permitted during the experience. Each ride requires careful supervision by a guardian. Guests are responsible for any accidents or damage to their costumes. (It is recommended to return costumes after the experience before riding.)

- Carousel (1st floor)

- LOTTY Train (Floor 1)

- World Monorail (3rd Floor)

- Balloon Flight (4th Floor)

To avoid accidents and disputes, guardians are requested to ensure that children are wearing underwear and to properly safeguard any lost items.

If a child continues to refuse to cooperate with the teacher's instructions or is unable to separate from their guardian during the performance, the experience may be terminated and replaced with free time. (No refund will be given in this case.)

Participants are not allowed to bring personal items such as magic wands or balloons to the performance.

[Consent regarding compliance with cleaning regulations]

You must change your clothes before using the restroom.

Smaller foods (such as mini rice rolls, chicken nuggets, and small sausages) are allowed, but foods that may splatter soup or be sticky and stain clothing (such as marshmallows, spicy rice cakes, and ramen) are prohibited.

If rented items are soiled, damaged, or lost, the renter must compensate the owner at the original price.

People with infectious diseases are not allowed to participate in the experience.

[Consent regarding adherence to performance etiquette]

Do not cross the performance safety line or go ahead past safety personnel.

Given that the performance is being watched with other audience members, it is inappropriate to follow children for the purpose of taking photos, as this would cause excessive inconvenience to others.

(Such as overuse of selfie sticks, pushing others, taking up space, etc.)

If there are many general visitors, for safety reasons, filming and viewing may only be allowed in designated areas.

[Consent Regarding Makeup]

Since children's cosmetics are not suitable for use on stage, SHARON CAT dress shop uses adult cosmetics with mild ingredients.

For facial application of rhinestones/glitter, a safe, face-specific adhesive will be used.

This is necessary to create a more complete and dramatic transformation experience. If you do not wish to have makeup or rhinestones applied, please indicate this in advance.

[Consent Regarding Filming and Promotional Use]

During the SHARON CAT dress shop service, videos and photos may be taken for promotional purposes (such as behind-the-scenes footage).

If you do not wish to appear on camera, please give prior notice of your refusal to be filmed.

[Consent Regarding Force Majeure Circumstances]

If the parade is cancelled due to special circumstances such as natural disasters, government directives, infectious diseases, or severe weather, no service will be provided, and the reservation fee will be fully refunded.

Even in the event of the above circumstances, SHARON CAT will not be liable for any losses incurred due to hotel accommodation or transportation expenses (such as airfare).

Please understand the force majeure situation and make appointments with caution.
