Koramangala
Join Bridget in her home in Koramangala where she is excited to share her Anglo-Indian cuisine and culinary traditions. You can then join her for a hands-on cooking class where you will be involved in the chopping and prep of the dishes before you actually start cooking. You will learn to make 3 colonial Anglo-Indian dishes using Bridget’s family recipes that were passed down to her. Learn to make a rice dish, a curry, a vegetable stir fry or dessert. While cooking Bridget will also share about the history and evolution of Anglo-Indian cuisine and how the various dishes got their names. And before you sit down to share the meal you helped prepare, you will also learn how to plate and serve with the right accompaniments for each dish. And at the end of the cooking class, each participant will get to take home a printed copy of the recipes and a personally autographed copy of Bridget’s cookery book ‘Simple Egg Delicacies’.
