Important Notices
1.Please help maintain order during your visit. Follow the instructions of the scenic area staff, queue for tickets, and ascend the Great Wall in an orderly manner.
2.To protect the Great Wall and its associated cultural relics, do not deface, carve, post, or hang items on the wall.
3.Pay attention to your personal safety during the visit. Do not enter non-open areas, climb battlements, or engage in running or horseplay. Keep your belongings safe and take care of the elderly and children. Refrain from purchasing goods from unlicensed vendors. Elderly visitors and those with health conditions should act within their limits and avoid strenuous activities. Do not make or answer phone calls during thunderstorms.
4.Please protect public facilities. Do not pick or damage flowers and trees, step on the grass, or damage signs. Use accessible facilities properly and do not ride elevators for trial purposes.
5.Open flames are strictly prohibited in the scenic area. Do not smoke or bring flammable, explosive, toxic, hazardous materials or fire-starting devices into the area.
6.In cases of severe weather or natural disasters that prevent the safe operation of facilities—such as lightning, snow, hail, heavy fog, storms, or strong winds—the scenic area may be fully or partially closed. Please stay informed via official announcements.
7.Please observe traffic rules within the scenic area. All vehicles must follow staff directions and be parked in designated areas. Do not park indiscriminately or take unauthorized transportation.
8.Without approval from the scenic area management, professional photography equipment and low-altitude, slow-speed flying devices (e.g., drones) are prohibited. Commercial filming, musical performances, singing, and organized group activities are also strictly forbidden.
9.Pets are not allowed in the scenic area. Camping, nighttime excursions, and other activities are strictly prohibited in non-open areas.
