Spend your time with us cooking and tasting tiramisu and italian sorbet in Trastevere. Wear your apron and be ready to work, we'll bake our own savoiardo (lady finger cookie), we'll make our own gelato water based and all steps for a stunning tiramisu. Learn how to prepare the cream, how to select ingredients and how to work professionally in a friendly atmosphere. Master the art of using your pastry-bag and set your tiramisu. Enjoy your creations and compare those with the professional-made ones. At the end of the class receive a list o favorite places to eat in Rome and all the recipes to use once back home. Surprise your friends with your new skill, this is an amazing activity for families as well.
