Horrible experience. While we did eventually complete the activity, but only after significant distress, wasted time, and financial loss. • The afternoon before (Monday), I sent the provider our booking confirmation via WhatsApp, asked clarifying questions about the activity duration and end time, and received no reply — despite the messages being delivered. • The next morning at 6am, I messaged to say it was raining slightly and asked if we were still continuing. No reply was given. • We woke up at 6:00 AM, skipped our paid hotel breakfast (which starts at 6:30 AM), and took a pre-booked Uber — approximately 1 hour away — to arrive by 7:30 AM as instructed by the provider, 30 minutes before the scheduled 8:00 AM start. • Upon arrival, there was no one present and no communication from the provider. I sent WhatsApp messages and made multiple calls — all of which went unanswered, despite the provider being visibly online during this time. • Their van only arrived at approximately 8:20 AM, with no apology or explanation for the delay. • When I approached them, I was dismissed rudely and repeatedly told to “just wait.” Only after persistent follow-up did they inform me that our booking was not in their system. • The activity eventually began at 9:00 AM — one hour late. Consequential impact: • Our entire day’s itinerary was disrupted due to the delayed and uncertain end time. • I had to cancel and rebook our return Uber multiple times as the end time kept shifting, resulting in additional cost and inconvenience. • We lost a paid hotel breakfast that we could not return in time for. My messages sent the night before were within normal business hours locally — this is not a case of out-of-hours contact being missed. Given the provider’s failure to respond in advance, failure to have our booking in their system, rude on-site conduct, and the concrete costs and disruptions we incurred, I would not recommend this experience to anyone.
