• Hotels (resorts) in the city area with pickup service: Marriott, Sutera Harbour (Pacific/Magellan), Shangri-La Tanjung Aru, Mercure, Gaya Centre, Oceania, Dreamtel, Eden54, Hotel Sixty3, Hyatt, Jesselton Hotel, Capital, Horizon, Imago Mall, The Klagan Hotel, Klagan Regency Soho, Le Meridien, Marina Court, Unik, Warisan Square, Cititel, Hilton Kota Kinabalu, Promenade, Soho Mall, Borneo Vista, Ming Garden, Sabah Oriental, Sky, Palace, Sehat, Lido Four Seasons, Grandis, Shangri-La Hotel, Sutera Avenue (Korean Mart), etc.
• Hotels (resorts) in the suburban area with pickup service: Nexus, Borneo Beach Villas, Sabah Beach Villas, Shangri-La Rasa Ria, Pan Borneo (Grand Borneo), Klagan Regency, Tune KK, Beringgis, Narada, Hotel No.5, etc.
• Hotels (resorts) without pickup service: Gaya Resort, Gayana Eco Resort, accommodations located on islands, etc., including hotels and resorts in areas outside the suburbs (If staying at a resort on Gaya Island, pickup is possible if you come out to Jesselton Point in advance).

Departure times vary by hotel. We will contact you individually if the departure time changes slightly due to local circumstances.

There is no pickup fee for hotels in the city area.

*For pickup from suburban hotels, a minimum of 2 people is required, and an additional fee of 13,000 KRW per person may apply. We will provide payment instructions individually after booking.

【Notes for Booking】

• All tour locations are public facilities; even if you book a private tour, there may be other teams or people on-site. (You are not renting the entire facility.)
• If your passport is damaged or has less than 6 months of validity remaining, you will not be able to board the flight or enter Malaysia.
• When booking, you must provide the exact English name as it appears on your passport.
• The travel itinerary and details above may be changed without prior notice depending on local circumstances on the day (traffic, weather changes, etc.), and in unavoidable cases, some courses may be omitted or changed.
• Departure requires a minimum of 4 people, including round-trip transportation and a local guide.

【Notes for Travel】

• Although this is a hot and humid tropical climate region, there may be temperature differences between indoors and outdoors due to air conditioning in hotels/resorts, so it is recommended to prepare long-sleeved clothing.
• Our company is not responsible for accidents caused by the customer's personal health condition, or for safety accidents, theft, or illness caused by personal negligence during free time. Please be sure to pay attention to your safety.
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from individual shopping, optional tours, or personal actions during times when the guide is not present.
• It is not possible to change from the fixed schedule of a package tour product to an individual schedule, and no refunds will be given if you miss part of the schedule for personal reasons. (In the case of a private tour, you can coordinate with the guide on-site.)
• Please wear your seatbelt whenever possible while the vehicle is moving, and refrain from careless actions such as standing up in your seat while the vehicle is in operation.
• Our company is not responsible for any safety accidents, theft, or illness caused by personal negligence during the tour.
• Before booking and paying for the tour, please be sure to check the notes and cancellation/refund policy below.

• The tour may be cancelled before departure on the day due to rain; in case of cancellation, the full tour fee will be refunded.

【Information on Free Insurance (up to 100 million KRW) for Tour Applicants】

1. After applying for the tour, please provide your name, resident
registration number, tour date, and travel region via message.

2. Insurance is provided for 2 days based on the tour date; if you take 2 or
more tours, it is provided for up to 5 days.

3. Enrollment is possible at least 2 business days in advance, and if you
cancel the tour, the insurance premium is at your own expense.

4. Enrollment is possible until the day before departure, and enrollment is
not possible on public holidays.

5. Insurance enrollment is optional; if you do not wish to enroll, you may
ignore this information.
