[Late-night Charges]

• Late-night charges will be calculated based on the pick-up time
• The late-night charge applies to pick-ups between 10:00 pm–5:00 am
• In case a taxi is arranged at 9:50 pm and enters the late-night zone during service, you can apply for the daytime rate

[Additional Charges]

• This applies if you are late for the pick-up time
• The first 30 minutes from the assigned time is free of charge. After that, an additional charge of JP¥4,000 will be charged every 30 minutes (the additional fees are to be paid directly to the driver)

[Reservation]

• Reservations are accepted from 180 days to 4 days prior to the date of service
  
• We will notify you of the availability within 2 days after receiving your reservation
  
• When making a reservation, please provide your active mobile phone number and email address
  
• When making a reservation, please provide your destination (building name or address, etc.)
  
• The rates listed in this service are per vehicle, and prices do not vary depending on the number of passengers
  
• Service may be denied if the number of passengers and the number of luggage items (1 item: 24 inches) exceeds the recommended number provided above
• Only Japanese-speaking drivers are available in our airport taxi service
  
• If you have language difficulties, our customer service will assist you
  

[Cancellations]

• Get free cancellation up to 2 days in advance
  
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the ride will be charged 100% of the taxi fare
