Good To Know
Although we encourage advance reservations, additional orders can be made on the day at the store. Please note that we operate with a completely cashless payment system, and we appreciate your cooperation.
You can upgrade your drink to an alcoholic beverage for an additional ¥220 or more.
We currently do not offer halal or vegetarian menu options. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If we are unable to contact you 20 minutes after your reserved time, your reservation may be canceled. If you will be late, please make sure to contact us.
For reservations of 13 or more people, please contact the store directly.
Aprons will be provided to protect your clothes, but we recommend wearing something that won’t be a problem if it gets stained.
The experience is recommended for children aged 6 and up (elementary school students and older).
Due to limited space, strollers cannot be brought to the seating area. We ask customers to manage their own strollers, but they can be folded and placed at the entrance of the store.

Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 4 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 4 days before the date of selection.
