Easy redemption.
Good, not great. Crowded island surrounding the settlement area. Run out of island hopper bus tickets at noon time. Ferry issue caused unexpected delay on return. Issue resolved but poor communication. Logistics arrangement can be improved to minimize disruptions and waiting times.
