• Jjimjil-bang (sauna) use is possible without towels

[Cancellation, change and refund policy]

1. Entry is only possible on the use date specified at the time of reservation.

2. Cancellation and refund requests are possible after confirmation of usage.

3. Cancellation and change requests are possible up to 1 day prior to the date of use, and no cancellation fee is charged.

4. Tickets that have been issued cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

5. Tickets whose use date has passed cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

6. If you make a reservation on the day of use, cancellation, change, or refund is not possible.

7. Change of use date is possible only once.

[How to exit]

- The shoe cabinet opens after payment.

1. Present your locker key at the settlement office and complete the settlement.

2. Even if there is no settlement amount, be sure to confirm the settlement at the clearinghouse.

3. Use your locker key to retrieve your shoes and leave.

*A warning sound will sound when you leave with your locker key in hand. Please be careful.*

[Parking Information]

1. Customers using the water park can park for 12 hours, and customers using the sauna can park for 6 hours.

2. When leaving, please request a parking ticket at the payment counter.

3. If you do not leave within 20 minutes with the parking ticket you received upon exiting, a parking fee will be charged.

4. Free parking is only available when using the 3rd basement level parking lot within the building.

5. If the free usage time is exceeded, an excess fee of 1,000 won per 30 minutes will be charged.

6. Please note that on weekends, the wedding hall may fill up early due to parking.

[Precautions when using facilities]

1. Up to 2 infants under 36 months can enter for free, and must present a document (passport, etc.) verifying their age.

2. Children over 5 years of age or over 100cm tall cannot bathe together and must enter separate male and female baths.

3. Children and infants must be accompanied by a guardian when entering the swimming pool.

4. To prevent safety accidents, children under the age of 13 are restricted from using all facilities without a guardian.

5. Children under the age of 13 must wear a life jacket when entering.

6. We do not rent swimming equipment.

7. Please bring your own tubes, life jackets, etc. or purchase them at a swimming store.

8. When using Sea Lala Water Park, it is mandatory to wear a swimsuit (rash guard, etc.) and swim cap (baseball cap). (It cannot be used in place of a sun cap or a Sea Lala towel or headgear).

9. The use or import of water guns, rubber tubes (regular tubes are acceptable), boats (over 1m and with a closed bottom), personal swimming items (fingers, snorkels, etc.), and mats are prohibited.

10. Do not enter the water within 30 minutes after eating.

11. People who drink alcohol, have eye disease, skin disease, infectious diseases, heart disease, pregnant women, the elderly, high blood pressure, or diabetes should refrain from using this product.

12. Sea Lala facilities may have restrictions on the number of visitors to prevent diseases and manage water quality. In this case, cancellation and refund are possible.

13. Bringing in outside food is prohibited.

14. Please eat and drink only within the food court. You cannot eat it inside the water park.

15. The water temperature of the water park's lazy river and management pool is always maintained at 31 degrees, the event spa's water temperature is maintained at 37-38 degrees, and the internal room temperature is maintained at 27 degrees.

16. We are not responsible for accidents that occur due to failure to comply with the regulations.

17. Last admission is 2 hours before operating time. (Water Park 17:00 / Jjimjilbang 19:00)

18. The usage time is 12 hours, and if exceeded, an excess fee of 1,000 won per hour will be charged.
