After Changes (Usage Date: 7-13～)

• Mandatory rental of sauna clothes for 5,000 KRW

• Optional rental of 2 towels for 1,000 KRW

• Sauna access is possible without towels

[Cancellation, Change, and Refund Policy]

1. Admission is only valid on the date specified at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation and refund requests can be made after verifying whether the ticket has been used.

3. Cancellation and change requests can be made up to 1 day before the usage date, and no cancellation fees will be charged.

4. Once a ticket has been issued, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

5. Tickets that have passed the usage date cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

6. Tickets booked on the day of use cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

7. The usage date can be changed only once.

[Exit Procedure]

- The shoe locker will open after settlement.

1. Present your locker key at the settlement counter to complete the payment.

2. Even if there is no balance to pay, you must still check in at the settlement counter.

3. Use the locker key to retrieve your shoes and exit.

*An alarm will sound if you attempt to exit while still holding the locker key. Please be careful.*

[Parking Information]

1. Water park guests receive 12 hours of free parking, and sauna guests receive 6 hours.

2. Please request a parking voucher at the settlement counter when exiting.

3. Parking fees will be charged if you do not exit within 20 minutes of receiving the parking voucher.

4. Free parking is only available when using the B3 parking lot within the building.

5. An additional fee of 1,000 KRW per 30 minutes will be charged if the free parking time is exceeded.

6. On weekends, the parking lot may fill up early due to wedding hall events, so please plan accordingly.

[Facility Usage Precautions]

1. Up to two infants under 36 months old can enter for free; documents verifying age (e.g., passport) must be presented.

2. Children aged 5 or older, or those taller than 100cm, cannot enter the opposite-gender bath and must enter the appropriate male or female bath.

3. Children and infants must be accompanied by a guardian when entering the swimming pool.

4. To prevent safety accidents, children under 13 are restricted from using all facilities without a guardian.

5. Children under 13 must wear a life jacket to enter.

6. Swimming gear is not available for rent.

7. Please bring your own tubes, life jackets, etc., or purchase them at the swimming gear shop.

8. Swimwear (rash guards, etc.) and a swimming cap (baseball caps are allowed) are mandatory when using Sealala Water Park. (Sun visors and Sealala towels cannot be used as a substitute for a swimming cap).

9. The use or entry of water guns, rubber tubes (standard tubes are allowed), boats (over 1m with a closed bottom), personal swimming gear (flippers, snorkeling gear, etc.), and mats is prohibited.

10. Do not enter the water within 30 minutes of eating.

11. Those who are intoxicated, have eye infections, skin diseases, infectious diseases, heart disease, are pregnant, are elderly or frail, or have high blood pressure or diabetes should refrain from using the facilities.

12. Sealala facilities may limit the number of entrants for disease prevention and water quality management. In such cases, cancellations and refunds are possible.

13. Bringing in outside food is prohibited.

14. Food must be consumed only within the food court. Consumption is not allowed inside the water park.

15. The water park lazy pool and lap pool are maintained at 31 degrees, the event spa at 37-38 degrees, and the indoor temperature at 27 degrees.

16. We are not responsible for accidents caused by failure to follow the rules.

17. Admission closes 2 hours before operating hours end. (Water Park 17:00 / Sauna 19:00)

18. The usage time is 12 hours; an additional fee of 1,000 KRW per hour will be charged if exceeded.
