• This tour involves a boat ride of over 1 hour on a speedboat. Therefore, we do not accept bookings for seniors aged 65 and above or children under 12, as it may be too strenuous for them.
• For groups of 6 or fewer, you will be assisted by a shared guide rather than a private guide.

【Booking Notes】

• If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour may be canceled. In this case, we will notify you individually and provide a full refund.
• All tour locations are public facilities; even if you book a private tour, there may be other groups or people on-site. (You are not renting the entire facility.)
• This tour is not suitable for families with infants due to the trekking course and local food options.
• If your passport is damaged or has less than 6 months of validity, you will not be able to board the flight or enter Malaysia.
• Please provide the exact English name as it appears on your passport when booking. Due to post-COVID changes in jetty regulations, advance verification of personal information is required for entry. Passport number and English name may be requested.
• The itinerary and details above may be subject to change without prior notice due to local conditions (traffic, weather changes, etc.). In unavoidable circumstances, some parts of the course may be omitted or changed.
• The tour may be canceled on the morning of the departure due to weather conditions.

【Travel Precautions】

• Although this is a hot and humid tropical region, the temperature difference between indoors and outdoors can be significant due to air conditioning in hotels/resorts, so it is recommended to bring long-sleeved clothing.
• We are not responsible for any accidents caused by the guest's personal health conditions or safety incidents occurring due to personal negligence during free time.
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from individual shopping, optional tours, or personal activities during times when the guide is not present.
• It is not possible to change the fixed schedule of a package tour. No refunds will be provided if you opt out of the schedule for personal reasons. (For private tours, adjustments can be made on-site with the guide.)
• Please wear your seatbelt whenever possible while in the vehicle and refrain from careless behavior such as standing up while the vehicle is in motion.
• We are not responsible for any safety accidents, theft, or illnesses caused by personal negligence during the tour.

【Precautions for Sports Activities】

• Island tours are not available for seniors aged 65 and above or children.

  
  

• Please finish eating and drinking at least 1 hour before water activities.

  
  

• Those with specific medical conditions such as eye infections, ear infections, epilepsy, anemia, or those feeling unwell due to colds, diarrhea, or fatigue should refrain from strenuous activities.

  
  

• Please perform simple warm-up exercises before entering the water.

  
  

• When entering cold water, slowly splash water starting from the areas furthest from your heart.

  
  

• Take sufficient breaks every 40 minutes to 1 hour.

  
  

• The Mengalum Island tour can have rough waves, which may cause seasickness, so please prepare motion sickness medication in advance.

  
  

• This product may be canceled on the morning of the tour due to weather.

  
  

• If waves become rough after arriving on the island, you may need to stay overnight on the island; this tour is not recommended for those departing for the airport on the same day.

  
  

• If weather conditions deteriorate after arriving on the island, scheduled snorkeling may be reduced or canceled. No refunds will be provided for any part of the tour once the boat has departed.

  
  

• Please wear a life jacket at all times during snorkeling or water activities to prevent safety accidents.

  
  

• Please enjoy snorkeling only in designated snorkeling areas. Children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times, and the guardian is responsible for the child's safety.

  
  

• Do not step on, touch, damage, or remove any coral.

  
  

★Information on Free Insurance (Up to 100 Million KRW) for Tour Applicants★

1. After booking your tour, please send us your full name, resident
registration number, tour date, and travel region via message.

2. Insurance is provided for 2 days based on the tour date. If you book two
or more tours, insurance will be provided for up to 5 days.

3. Insurance must be applied for at least 2 business days in advance. If you
cancel your tour, you will be responsible for the insurance premium.

4. You can sign up until the day before your departure. Registration is not
available on public holidays.

5. Insurance registration is optional; if you do not wish to sign up, you may
ignore this notice.
