Did not have any issues. Would use again, they even put in your sim card right in front of you.
Super easy. I had already powered down my phone and removed the SIM card for when I depart for home. Handed them the phone with the pelago code and my passport. Within 10 minutes my phone was connected and was registered. Had good reception on my trip, except for a few places in the mountains where a little slow. Will buy again and cheaper than paying at the arrivals

Excellent service. It was pretty straight-forward! I booked my physical SIM online, and presented the reservation code at the Telkomsel centre just outside the arrivals gate. There are 3-4 Telkomsel centres there, but you need to go to the one on your left side as soon as you exit the arrivals gate (after customs, ATM, and next to XL Axiata). I presented my passport and gave them my phone, and they setup everything just within a few minutes. I bought a 30 day SIM. No additional charge than what I paid online on Pelago. Highly recommend this service for anyone visiting Bali, Indonesia.

Quick/efficient service overall. Ordered in advance on the website, directions to the stall was very clear. Kiosk was easy to spot. The staff at desk were very quick too - they take your phone and set up everything in a manner of minutes, leaving you all set to go!
