The course is held in a warm and familiar environment and includes an initial check-in and welcome moment with a small toast to introduce oneself. You sit in your position and after a brief introduction you will proceed to the preparation of the dishes. Each person will have the opportunity to actively participate in the production of the dish, the strangolapreti. When ready and the stations cleared, we will sit down to eat together what has been prepared, discussing and exchanging opinions on food, the area and what will be of interest. Lunch or dinner will always be accompanied by local wines, juice and water. For the course it will be essential to know in advance any intolerances or allergies in order to be able to organize adequately and meet all needs, as far as possible.
