Now a heritage hotel, the palace belongs to the direct descendants of the Chalukyas whose empire spread through much of Gujarat and Central India in the 12th century. You will also visit a tribal shrine to see the thousands of terracotta horses that stand in rows as offerings to the local Goddess. Visit the homes of the potters who make these beautiful horses.
