【Service Introduction】

• Service Hours: 10 hours between 7:00-21:00
  
  ※ If you wish to depart or conclude the trip outside of standard service
  hours, additional charges will apply, calculated according to overtime
  standards.

  
  

• Driver Language: Chinese/Japanese (The driver can only provide brief explanations inside the vehicle and will not accompany you into attractions)

  
  

• Usage Time and Calculation: 10 hours starting from the agreed departure time. If it exceeds 10 hours, an overtime service fee of 8000 JPY/hour must be paid on-site.
  
  ※ If the guest is late, the driver will wait for 30 minutes, and the late time
  will be deducted from the total charter time. If it exceeds 30 minutes and the
  guest cannot be reached, the driver will depart and no refund will be
  provided.
  
  ※ No extra charges will be incurred if the time limit is exceeded due to
  traffic jams or similar situations.

  
  

• Pick-up/Drop-off Range: Hotels within Nagoya city (If either the pick-up or drop-off point is outside Nagoya city, empty-car time must be deducted from the 10 hours or an overtime fee will be charged)

  
  
• Multi-day private tour service is available; an additional driver accommodation fee of 8000 JPY/night is required.
• Provided that no excessive additional costs are incurred, the charter route can be flexibly adjusted. Please consult customer service in advance if needed.
• Customized private tours are accepted, provided the daily mileage does not exceed 350km. If the limit is exceeded, an additional fee of 500 JPY/km will be charged. Please consult customer service before ordering.
