Our chef will advise the participants and guide in discovering the Cambodian fruit, vegetable, fishes, meant, ... without forgetting the multi-color spices and herbs. Arrival back at the hotel where refreshing drinks and cold towels are waiting for you. Let's move on to the cooking station to start the class with theory.
