• Tour starts and ends at Tonsai Pier in Phi Phi, not Phuket or Krabi. Please arrange your own transport to reach Koh Phi Phi, and an overnight stay is needed for most timings. (Please do your research regarding the transfer schedules before booking)
• Tour schedules might differ due to weather and sea conditions
• When big waves occur, some spots cannot be visited. This is out of the activity provider's control and cannot be predicted
• Bamboo Island is only possible to visit on the 7-Hour tour. If the waves are too big, the itinerary will be changed to other spots
• Rain in Southern Thailand is very unpredictable and can happen anytime, especially during monsoon season from May until December. Even if it rains, the tour is guaranteed to happen if conditions are safe, and no refund will be granted. Rainfall is usually short and can stop anytime. If we determine that conditions are unsafe, we will cancel and offer you to reschedule to another day or give a full refund
• Plankton swimming and sunset are only possible if you pick an afternoon tour, and only for the 4, 6 and 7-hour options
• The local Thai captain speaks very basic English, just enough to communicate about the tour
• Maya Bay will close every year in August and September due to nature preservation. At this time, the tour will spend longer at other spots
• Please keep a safe distance from the monkeys, as they can be aggressive. A bite can result in a trip to the hospital with several rabies shots
• While monkey sightings are highly likely, they cannot be guaranteed. Blacktip reef sharks can also be difficult to spot
