Highlights
Studying the art of making Biang Biang noodles in Xi'an, the capital of Chinese pasta, is undoubtedly an extraordinary experience.
Our course lasts approximately three hours. During this time, we take guests to the market to purchase ingredients, allowing them to immerse themselves in the daily lives of locals. We also provide hands-on guidance in preparing minced meat sauce, making Biang Biang noodles, and offer a variety of specialty cold dishes.
Through this course, participants not only get to make and enjoy their own noodles but also gain insight into our traditional culture and everyday life.
As Chairman Mao once said, “If we want to be well-fed and well-clothed, we must work with our own hands.”

We had a wonderful evening eating our way around central Xi’an with Michael and learned a lot about the city and its history in the process. Cannot recommend this food tour to anyone keen to try some of the yummiest food Xi’an has to offer.
