Take a self guided tasting journey through the Great Southern with a flight of
premium Singlefile wines, accompanied by local artisanal cheeses. This is a
wine flight exploring styles which we at Singlefile feel represent the best of
our wine region, with most of these wines usually reserved exclusively for our
Appreciator and Collector Wine Club members.

Wines are accompanied by Triple Cream Brie, Torndirrup Appenzelle and Aged
Cheddar from highly awarded Denmark producer, Dellendale Creamery.
