[Snorkeling Notes]

• This is a shore-entry snorkeling activity.

  
  

• Life jackets must be worn at all times while snorkeling.

  
  

• For safety reasons, guests not joining the snorkeling activity are not allowed to wait at Tokashiku Beach.

  
  

• Children under 6 cannot join the snorkeling package, so one parent must stay at Aharen Beach to look after the child. In this case, guests cannot wait at Tokashiku Beach or take turns snorkeling.

  
  

• If you are nearsighted and plan to snorkel, we recommend wearing disposable contact lenses on the day.

  
  

• In poor conditions such as strong winds or high waves, the activity will be canceled for safety reasons, and you can change your date free of charge. If you cannot change the date, a full refund will be issued through the platform.

  
  

• Guests with mental, circulatory, respiratory, or cardiovascular conditions, claustrophobia, high blood pressure, asthma or pneumothorax, otitis media, epilepsy, diabetes, liver conditions, regular medication, previous surgery, or serious illnesses cannot join the snorkeling activity.

  
  

• The on-site instructor may also decline participation if they judge that a guest's physical condition is unsuitable for water activities, or if a guest's health on the day does not meet the operator's participation standards.

  
  

• The snorkeling time will be announced at check-in or after arriving at Aharen Beach. Guests who do not check in at the designated meeting time cannot join the activity and will not be refunded.

  
  

• Snorkeling generally takes place at Tokashiku Beach. If sea conditions are poor or the water is murky, snorkeling will be moved to Aharen Beach without further notice or refund.

  
  

• Sea turtles are wild animals, so sightings cannot be guaranteed on the day. No refunds are given if no sea turtles are seen. Thank you for your understanding.

  
  

[High-Speed Boat and Ferry Booking Notes]

• The meeting point for the high-speed boat and ferry packages is the 1st-floor lobby of the Tomari Port ferry terminal in Naha. Please check the meeting point and time before booking.

  
  

• After check-in, staff will give you your round-trip boat tickets. Please keep them safe and make your own way to board.

  
  

• The boarding area is some distance from the check-in counter, so please check in on time. If you are late for personal reasons and miss the activity, no changes or refunds can be offered.

  
  

• The ferry company announces the day's sailing status only at 8 AM on the day, and we also need to confirm with island staff that activities can be held safely, so a cancellation may be announced on the day itself. Unless you are contacted, the tour will depart as scheduled. Before your trip, please be sure to check for KKday in-app messages.

  
  

[Dedicated Boat Booking Notes]

• There is no luggage storage at the meeting point, on the dedicated boat, or on the island shuttle, so please do not bring suitcases or large luggage.

  
  

• Please note that the activity may be delayed or end early due to sea and weather conditions on the day.

  
  

• A minimum of 10 adults is required. If the minimum is not reached, the activity will be canceled; this will be decided and announced no later than the day before the tour.

  
  

• If you book separately from family or friends, please use the same lead traveler name, or send all booking numbers in your group via message in advance, to avoid being assigned to different boats on the day. Without advance notice, you may be assigned to different boats, and adjustments cannot be made on-site.
