- Pickup/Drop-off range: Hotels within Nagoya City (If either the pickup or drop-off point is outside Nagoya City, the empty car time will be deducted from the 10-hour service time, or an overtime fee will be charged).
- The first child seat is provided free of charge. Each additional seat requires an extra fee of 2,000 JPY. Please specify this when placing your order.
【Service Introduction】
Service Hours: 10 hours between 7:00 and 21:00.
- If you wish to depart or end the trip outside of standard service hours, additional charges will apply according to the overtime policy.
Driver Language: Chinese/Japanese (The driver can only provide simple explanations inside the vehicle and will not accompany you into the attractions).
Vehicle Usage Time and Calculation: The 10-hour period starts from the agreed departure time. If it exceeds 10 hours, an overtime service fee of 8,000 JPY/hour must be paid on-site.
- If guests are late, the driver will wait for 30 minutes, and the late time will be deducted from the total private tour time. If the delay exceeds 30 minutes and the guest cannot be reached, the driver will leave, and no refund will be issued.
- No extra fees will be charged if the trip duration is exceeded due to traffic jams or similar situations.
- Provided that no excessive additional costs are incurred, the private tour route can be flexibly adjusted. Please consult customer service in advance if needed.

Arrive at Bokka no Sato【Snow Park Activities】Upon arriving at Bokka no Sato, guests can head to the park's snow park area to start snow activities. During winter, the park opens several snow play areas, including sledding slopes, snow play plazas, and snowman-building zones, allowing you to freely choose how you want to experience the snow. Some areas have gentle slopes, making them suitable for first-time snow players and families. The park paths are well-maintained for safe walking, allowing you to stroll while enjoying the snow-covered ranch scenery. Rest areas are available around the snow zones, where guests can take breaks based on their energy levels and the weather. The activity time is flexible, and guests can freely arrange their time for playing in the snow, taking photos, and strolling through the park based on the actual situation of the day.
【Bokka no Sato & Ranch Experience】After finishing your snow activities, you can visit the ranch area of Bokka no Sato. The park is home to various ranch animals, including sheep, goats, cows, horses, and other small animals. Visitors can observe the daily lives of these animals up close and experience the natural atmosphere of a Japanese highland ranch. Depending on the daily opening status, you may be able to experience animal feeding at certain times, using feed provided by the park to interact with the animals. The ranch area is spacious with open spaces for animals, making it suitable for families to visit at a leisurely pace, and it also offers a relaxing walking spot for those who do not wish to play in the snow. The park also features exhibition areas that introduce the habits and care of ranch animals, allowing guests to learn about ranch culture during their visit. The entire ranch area has flat paths, suitable for visitors of all ages to explore and take photos freely. The combination of winter snow and ranch scenery presents a natural landscape different from typical zoos.
【Bokka no Sato & Hot Spring Experience】Towards the end of the trip, you can visit the hot spring facilities within or near the park to enjoy a relaxing soak. The hot spring is located in a highland environment; on clear days, you can soak in the warm water while admiring the surrounding natural scenery, allowing your body to fully recover after playing in the snow and walking. The facility features both indoor and outdoor baths, which guests can choose based on the weather and personal preference. Please cleanse your body according to Japanese hot spring etiquette before entering, and follow the park's relevant regulations.
