  • The confirmed bookings cannot be amended, canceled and refunded

Please arrive at the spa at least 15 minutes before your appointment time
If you are later than the scheduled visit time, it is difficult to extend the service time, and the reservation may be canceled (non-refundable) if more than 15 minutes have lapsed
In case of postponement or cancellation, the customer will have to inform at least 24 hours otherwise the spa reserves the right to collect the full amount
