Persons with disabilities and pregnant women can join this activity, but please note that long hours of walking is involved. Rate includes return pick up from hotels within the Kuala Lumpur City Centre and Bukit Bintang area. Please note that elephant bathing session is subject to availability. Please make reservations directly upon arrival at the Sanctuary. The session will be canceled in cases of bad weather or high river water levels. Elephant bathing fee is payable at your own expense (RM10 per person, payable directly at the sanctuary). The Deerland Park is closed on Fridays. There will be no compensation or alternative for the closure. This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible. The activity is able to accommodate special dietary requirements (allergies, gluten intolerance, vegetarian diets, or other dietary needs)

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 72 hours before the date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 24 hours before the date of selection.
