1.Visitors with children are kindly requested to keep an eye on your children and avoid playing, running, or making noise inside the venue.
2.When taking the elevator, please stand firmly and hold on. Do not lean on the elevator doors to avoid injury when the doors open.
3.If there are many visitors on-site, please follow the staff's instructions and queue in an orderly manner to go up or down the floors.
4.Visitors with heart conditions, high (or low) blood pressure, asthma, high eye (brain) pressure, or other medical conditions, as well as those who are pregnant, may experience discomfort when using high-speed elevators. Please consult a doctor before your visit. Such visitors must be accompanied by another person during their visit.
5.Smoking is strictly prohibited in this venue. Please do not bring pets, knives, lighters, alcoholic beverages, or any other prohibited or dangerous items.
6.To provide a more comfortable experience for you and other visitors, large luggage is not allowed in the observation deck. Visitors with large items (such as suitcases, scooters, strollers, etc.) are kindly requested to store them in the self-service lockers at the first-floor ticket counter or the underground level 2 mall corridor in advance. Thank you for your cooperation.
7. The performance follows a reservation system. After purchasing the performance tickets, visitors must check in at the entrance and use the self-registration machine or scan the QR code displayed on-site to make a reservation for the performance session.
8. To ensure a smooth reservation and viewing experience, please make sure to provide your real name, passport number, phone number, and other relevant information when purchasing tickets.
9. After successfully reserving a performance session, visitors must present a paper or electronic reservation voucher and enter the venue at the designated time on the voucher for ticket verification. The reservation voucher is valid only for the specified session and will be void if expired. One voucher per person, allowing one session only, and repeat viewings are not allowed.
10. Once a performance session is successfully reserved, no cancellations or changes are allowed, and lost vouchers will not be replaced. Please keep your reservation voucher safe. Any behavior such as evading tickets, missing tickets, reselling, or transferring tickets will be subject to legal action by the Shanghai Center.
11. Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the venue. Please follow the instructions of the staff during the performance. To ensure a pleasant experience for you and others, please set your mobile phone and other communication devices to vibrate or silent mode. Do not run, play, make loud noises, or engage in any other behavior that may disturb others’ viewing experience or safety.
12. In case of major public holidays or special private events, the schedule will be adjusted. Please refer to the on-site notice for the specific performance schedule.
13. For safety reasons, the Shanghai Center reserves the right to adjust the day’s operations based on on-site crowd conditions. Please follow the staff's instructions during your visit. We appreciate your understanding.
14. Due to the interactive nature of the performance, lasers will be used. Direct exposure to laser beams may cause damage to the eyes or electronic devices with light-sensitive components. For your personal and property safety, please do not look directly at the laser beams or use any electronic devices with light-sensitive components (such as mobile phones, cameras, etc.) near the laser light.
15. In addition to the above-mentioned guidelines, you are also required to comply with the relevant entry regulations of the Shanghai Tower Observation Deck.
16. Once you have purchased your ticket, it is considered that you have carefully read and automatically agreed to all the terms and conditions regarding ticket purchase, reservation, and the performance at this venue.
