The instructions said to be picked up at Danang airport Infront of the star cafe. No one was there!!! Why do I have to meet staff to collect a QR code for an esim? Makes no sense. Messaged the support prior to arrival but they insisted that they can't send me the QR code via email prior to my arrival in Vietnam. Useless.
