- For the pigs' health, travelers who have visited a country with African swine fever (ASF) outbreaks within the past 2 days cannot enter; you may join from the third day after arriving in Japan.
- Guests refused entry due to ASF restrictions can request a full refund.
- A liability waiver must be signed before the experience.
- Before entering, change into slippers at reception and put your bags in a locker.
- Staff will choose and assign the pigs and help switch them; thank you for your cooperation and patience.
- If a pig soils your clothes or gives you a minor bite during the experience, basic first aid is provided on-site; you are responsible for any related liability.
- Groups of 1–4 people interact with 2 pigs; groups of 5 or more interact with 3 pigs (subject to on-site arrangements).
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
