- Limited roadside parking is available along the shophouses on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Alternative parking is available at the open-air car park beside OCBC Upper Thomson Branch, 181 Upper Thomson Road, approximately 100–150 metres from the studio.
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for parking and check-in.
- Transportation and pickup are not included.

- Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing suitable for painting.
- Aprons are provided, but White Canvas Studio is not responsible for accidental staining or damage to personal belongings.
- Cancellations or booking changes must be communicated in advance and may be subject to administrative charges.
- White Canvas Studio may postpone or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If the workshop is cancelled or rescheduled, participants will be offered an alternative date. Any applicable refund will be processed through the original ticketing platform and remains subject to that platform's refund policies.

Te lesson went on fine with the trainer, Jane’s patience in her coaching, explanation and providing additional encouragement in times of mistakes. Although painting is not my cup of tea, my whole lesson provided me the confidence that I can further practise painting on either genuine or faux leather. Bravo to Jane for her dedication and commitment in facilitating my work during the lesson.
