Hi there, travellers coming to Istria, take with me an Food & Wine walks through Pula, my city. Or one of my other tours and learn how we eat, drink and live on the largest peninsula of Adriatic sea, as we local call it MAGIC ISTRIA. It's an walking culinary excursion with tasting of the local wines, olive oil, Istrian ham and cheese. We will start at the farmers market, tour it and visit all sort of producers. We will eat some seriously good farmer goat cheeses, where you will have the opportunity to also hear the story of this unique local organic goat farm. Our experience will continue through the centre to a small wine bar situated in the most picturesque street where we will have some spritz & chat. Then we will visit the EVOO museum (ticket included) with guided tour & tasting, here you will learn from experts all about our world's best EV olive oil and how to taste it.
