It’s a good cruise to explore a city.

Although I booked the cruise through Pelago, we couldn't complete the cruise because there were some issues with the cruise that day, about which we were not informed until we arrived at the place 20 minutes earlier as instructed by them. Although the e ticket by Pelago mentioned the check-in point as Berth 3, actually it was Berth 2 which again wasted our time waiting for the captain of Berth 3 to come and inform us that we should have gone to Berth 2 for river cruise tickets. This was so misleading in the e-ticket sent by Pelago and I suggest they make corrections for the future customers to avoid such inconvenience. And when checked with Pelago after the cruise was cancelled to get a refund, I learnt they do not have a method for refunds at all. That was so dissapointing because of which I don't think they don't deserve even 1 star, Pelago. I have understood that it is best not to book through Pelago because if we are unable to reschedule then our money is at a total loss, not being able to get a refund at all. Thankfully at the end I contacted the river cruise staff again and informed that it was impossible to get a refund from Pelago and they kindly rescheduled for another date. But altogether it was such a waste of time and so inconvenient for us.

A good experience if you want to relax across the Yarra River. But the activity can use more signages
