• The travel time is long, so the tour may be difficult for the elderly, infirm, or children. (Caution for those aged 60-65; those over 65 are not permitted to participate.)

  
  

• Customers traveling with family members aged 12 or under are not permitted to use the Mantanani product due to boat safety regulations.

  
  

• If your passport is damaged or has less than 6 months of validity remaining, you will not be able to board the flight or enter Malaysia.

【Travel Notes】

• Although this is a hot and humid tropical region, there may be a temperature difference between indoors and outdoors due to air conditioning in hotels/resorts, so it is recommended to bring long-sleeved clothing.

• Waves can be rough, and water may splash during the boat ride; please bring motion sickness medication if you are prone to seasickness.

  
  

• The company is not responsible for accidents caused by the customer's personal health condition, or for safety accidents/theft/illness caused by personal negligence during free time. Please be sure to prioritize your safety.

  
  
• The local operator is not responsible for any problems arising from individual shopping, optional tours, or personal actions during times when the guide is not present.
• It is impossible to change from the set itinerary of the tour product to an individual itinerary, and no refunds will be given if you leave the tour for personal reasons. (In the case of a private tour, you may coordinate with the guide on-site.)
• Please make sure to wear your seatbelt while the vehicle is in motion, and refrain from careless actions such as standing up while the vehicle is moving.

【Precautions for Sports Activities】

• This island tour is not available for individuals aged 65 or older.
• Please finish eating at least 1 hour before swimming. Also, be sure to do some light warm-up exercises before entering the water, and when entering cold water, slowly splash water on your body starting from the areas furthest from your heart.
• Please take a sufficient break every 40 minutes to 1 hour.
• Please wear aqua shoes as you may get injured by coral or other objects in the sea.

• Please wear a life jacket at all times when snorkeling or swimming to prevent accidents. When snorkeling, please enjoy the activity only within the designated snorkeling areas.

  
  

• If you are accompanied by children, please keep a close watch on them at all times for their safety.

  
  
• Please refrain from strenuous activities if you have specific medical conditions such as eye infections, ear infections, epilepsy, or anemia, or if you are feeling unwell due to a cold, diarrhea, or extreme fatigue.

【Information on Free Insurance (Up to 100 Million KRW) for Tour Applicants】

1. After booking your tour, please send us your full name, resident
registration number, tour date, and travel destination via message.

2. The insurance is provided for 2 days based on the date of the tour, and if
you participate in 2 or more tours, it is provided for a maximum of 5 days.

3. Insurance can be registered at least 2 business days in advance, and if
you cancel the tour, the insurance premium will be at your own expense.

4. Registration is possible until the day before departure, and registration
is not available on public holidays.

5. Insurance registration is optional; if you do not wish to enroll, you may
ignore this information.
